Thank you for your article on how you feed your family for $300! It was very encouraging to help cut the grocery cost in my family. I do have a question, however. I noticed what was posted was your winter menu, is your summer menu available?

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you for taking time out to help others feed their families in the times we live in (Exspensive). I also appreciate your honesty! So many people fake the funk. Keep sharing.

What recipe are you using for your salmon croquette? I’ve never heard of these! Also..please tell me my picky eaters have a shot at being attracted to them!

I need suggestions to do this dairy free as 2 of my children both have pretty severe reactions to dairy.

Hello, Just wanted to thank you for sharing. I’m a mother of seven and it’s such a struggle to keep a budget. Spending $800-$1000 a month just in food is killing us! I have some picky eaters, but my kids know to eat what’s cooked. Can’t wait to get started. My husband will love it if I can get our food budget under control.. Thanks again for sharing.
